Did you copy the files to your server but the module doesn't appear in your back-end? This can have several causes. Please try fixing it by following the points below:

• Empty your cache and log out and back into your shop.
• Check if you have copied the files into the correct directory (see the manual for the correct location).
• It is possible that a part of the upload was blocked and therefore not all the files were installed. Check the file permissions and load the module onto your server again.
