Shopping Cart Isn't Emptied

With certain server configurations the problem arises that the order is not correctly processed after the payment is completed. This shows itself in particular when the shopping cart isn't emptied and no confirmation mail is sent. This problem can have several causes:

  • Verify the direct server-to-server URL that you have entered in the back-end of your PSP during the configuration. It must correspond to the one given in the installation manual.
  • The problem can arise due to firewall settings with your host, i.e. the IP address of the PSP server is being blocked. Please contact your host and make sure the firewall settings are adjusted. The IP addresses of your PSP can be found in the back-end of your PSP account under "Support" > "FAQ" > "Integration".
