SPECIAL.T by Nestlé is a new and innovative concept by Nestlé.
A tea machine developed by Nestlé ensures that the offered tea blends are brewed at the correct temperature for the desired amount of time. The teas for SPECAL.T by Nestlé come from renowned plantations from all over the world.
Challenge
The challenge for the payment integration of SPECIAL.T by Nestlé was to create a smooth payment process while fulfilling high security standards. The goal was to optimise the customers' payment experience and to reduce the number of cancelled sales.
Solution
As the challenge was to create an intuitive payment procedure, SPECIAL.T by Nestlé decided to employ a Magento shop system. The sellXed payment module combines this shop system with the PostFinance payment gateway.
This integration has several advantages. Among others, this includes the customweb support which provides a long-term and secure use of cashless payment acceptance in the shop. The plugin is constantly adjusted to any changes in the Magento interface.
The transaction manager is another advantage of the PostFinance Magento Integration. Cancellations and captures of orders can be processed in directly in the SPECIAL.T by Nestlé shop's administration surface or triggered by ERP. This way the merchant can easily manage the transactions.
