MFIT are the fitness centers for Migros in Eastern Switzerland. They are designed after the latest research and offer high quality fitness training for strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. The training is backed by scientific research and customers profit from comprehensive complimentary tests. Based on these tests, training can be adjusted and individualized according to a customer's needs.
Another part of promoting health and well being is the close cooperation with physiotherapists on site. By combining training, scientific test procedures and physical therapy, all members have access to a complete offering for prevention and therapy. Especially customers recovering from injury or sickness can be advised and cared for during the whole rehabilitation process.
MFIT does not only provide modern training facilities, a membership also has another advantage: Members have access to all MFIT fitness centers in all of Eastern Switzerland. Intercity-Card holders can even excercise and relax at over 50 Migros fitness parks and associated wellness facilities all over Switzerland.
Challenge
Whenever a new fitness center opens, mfit.ch offers an advanced sale for subscriptions. The website is operated with CMS Wordpress and the WooCommerce plugin.
The advanced sale should enable customers to purchase a fitness subscription online. Payment for subscriptions takes places through the credit card provided by the customer in an automated process.
Solution
SellXed's "WordPress WooCommerce Datatrans Payment Plugin" is used to accept credit card payments.
Tried and tested payment options such as Visa and Master Card can easily be integrated with this payment plugin. In addition, this module provides the option to change the customer's payment information for recurring payments when necessary. The so called Alias Manager and WordPress WooCommerce Subscription (Abo Commerce) are the ideal addition to MFIT's subscription feature. Additionally, the entire internet presence acts as a sales channel for reduced tickets for newly opened centers.
