How to Contact Us

You can get into contact with our technical support directly via the helpdesk. After having filled in the relevant data and describing your problem, we will gladly provide you with support within a maximum of two work days.

For questions concerning the purchase of the module you can contact our hotline or fill in the contact form.

For technical support we may require the login data to your shop, server or payment platform. The transmission via our helpdesk occurs through a secured channel and can only be accessed by our support team. Your personal data will be treated strictly confidential. However, please change the passwords once the service from our part has finished.

Complementary or Standard Support

The sellXed Standard Support already includes comprehensive services for the maintenance of payment modules. In addition to regular updates and bug fixes, our team offers support if you have any questions. In case of urgent support needs or requests for modifications or other adjustments, please make use of our complimentary services.

Standard Support

Each of our products includes Standard Support for one year. The Standard Support Package is the ideal basis to ensure continuous operations in your systems.
