One of the biggest challenges was the automatic integration of the flower subscription payment. The goal was to have one site to manage the customer account - pause or quit the subscription and change the delivery date.
Flowerli needed a premium payment solution with a subscription option and identified the Magento Subscription Manager in combination with a payment module for PayPal and Saferpay from sellXed as the best fit.
Payment information is safely stored with Saferpay and the Subscription Manager charges the account automatically when a new delivery takes place. The integration of recurring profiles is done by PayPal which made it possible to charge the customer's PayPal account automatically.
In addition, the customer's payment method had to be charged automatically. In case of failed payments, the customer is informed immediately and he can choose an alternative payment method. If the customer doesn't take advantage of this, the subscription will be cancelled.
